Το πρόγραμμα παρέχει τις αναγκαίες γνώσεις σχετικά με τις Αντλίες Θερμότητας στην ενεργειακή μετάβαση, όπως σχεδιασμός συστήματος θέρμανσης και ψύξης, ενσωμάτωση τους με συστήματα ΑΠΕ, ποιότητα των προϊόντων και εγκαταστάσεων σε οικιστικά, εμπορικά κτίρια και σε βιομηχανίες, τη χρήση τους για θέρμανση και ψύξη σε ανακαινίσεις κατοικιών.
